Where is SCN commonly used?
Melatonin Rhythm The SCN is required for the circadian synthesis and release of melatonin in the pineal gland, which is regulated via a circuitous pathway. A subset of SCN neurons projects directly to dorsal parvocellular neurons in the autonomic subdivision of the PVH. The suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) is a bilateral structure located in the anterior part of the hypothalamus. It is the central pacemaker of the circadian timing system and regulates most circadian rhythms in the body. Multiple afferent neuronal tracts project to the SCN.
What is the minimum time period for SCN?
Section 73(10) of the CGST Act furnishes an outer limit of 3 years for passing of an adjudication order, while section 73(2) of the act delivers that SCN is to be provided at least 3 months before the outer limit of three years for passing an order u/s 73(10) of the CGST Act. Under Section 74(5) of the CGST Act, a person may pay tax, interest, and 15% penalty prior to SCN, upon which no SCN should be issued for that amount. Alternatively, under Section 74(8), payment within 30 days of SCN concludes proceedings on payment of 25% penalty.
