What is the Mercedes me user ID?
Your Mercedes me ID is only your email address that you used for registration. By logging in with your Mercedes me ID, you can manage your personal data centrally in your Mercedes-Benz account. You can register for Mercedes-Benz Digital Extras via the Mercedes-Benz website or the Mercedes-Benz App. You may try your myMBFS email or your registered phone number. Unfortunately, Mercedes me has yet to provide “Forgot ID” feature. If you already linked your Mercedes me ID to myMBFS portal previously, Customer service center may assist you in this case.
Is Mercedes Me Connect free?
Mercedes Me connect allows our drivers to utilize many of their free Mercedes Me® Connect features, including Remote Start, Lock/Unlock, Send2Benz, and Vehicle Monitoring – all from the Mercedes me app. Plus, you can log in to view your manuals, maintenance info, how-to videos, financial terms, and more. You will need to 1) Download the Mercedes me connect app onto your mobile device and 2) Set up your Mercedes me connect account. Open the Mercedes me connect app on your mobile device. Locate the Activate Mercedes me Charge tile and tap “Activate.
Is Mercedes me free?
Mercedes Me is free for everyone, regardless of your vehicle or Mercedes Me® account status. However, customers with Mercedes Me® Connect or Mercedes Me® Concierge will have access to additional features. If you are a new customer or do not yet have a user account, use of the Mercedes me ID is compulsory. If you already have a user account without a Mercedes me ID, use of the Mercedes me ID is optional for you.
