The Mercedes Me® app is free to all Mercedes-Benz customers! However, if you choose to upgrade your app package, you’ll pay a subscription fee. Is Mercedes Me Connect free?
Mercedes Me connect allows our drivers to utilize many of their free Mercedes Me® Connect features, including Remote Start, Lock/Unlock, Send2Benz, and Vehicle Monitoring – all from the Mercedes me app. With the Mercedes-Benz app, you can easily pair your vehicle by scanning the QR code in the multimedia system or entering your Vehicle Identification Number. Once paired, a touch of a button activates many services, including Remote Engine Start, Remote Door Lock & Unlock, and Locate Vehicle.Simply scan the QR code in the vehicle’s multimedia system or enter your Vehicle Identification Number in the app to pair your vehicle. Then, touch one button to activate all of your services. Digital Extras must be activated within 1 year of initial registration or purchase to avoid automatic expiration.
