What is KaSIO BMW?
The main function of the KaSIO application is to create a digital service history entry for uploading to BMW central servers. Two of the main applications used within the AOS portal are the ISTA workshop system and ISTA/P – E series programming. ISTA+ (aka ISTA-D) does everything INPA does plus has dynamic test plans that walk you through troubleshooting step by step with instructions, charts, wiring diagrams, etc. But it is designed to connect and communicate with BMW servers, so some functions don’t work if not connected.
