How Much Does Mercedes Me® Cost? The Mercedes Me® app is free to all Mercedes-Benz customers! However, if you choose to upgrade your app package, you’ll pay a subscription fee. For example, the Mercedes Me® Connect appcosts about $80, excluding tax. We’ll deliver a ChargePoint Home Flex 240-volt Level 2 charger to your home and reimburse you for the installation. Simply plug in your Mercedes-Benz EV and it’ll be fully charged in just a few hours. Two years of free on-the-road charging at Electrify America DC fast chargers.On top of their extensive charging network, we have partnered with Electrify America to provide complimentary unlimited 30-minute charging sessions for the first 2 years of activation with each Mercedes-Benz all-electric vehicle purchase.Mercedes me Charge is our charging ecosystem. We integrate multiple different charging networks, (like ChargePoint, Electrify America, and EVgo), into one that delivers nearly 65,000 chargers. And one integrated charging network means one payment method.Mercedes me Charge makes charging hassle-free. You don’t have to download an app for each electric charging station provider – you only need Mercedes me Charge to access all the providers in the network. A single payment also makes charging faster.

To maintain Roadside Assistance cover after the first 3 years, and renew your cover for up to 30 years*, simply service your car at one of our Mercedes-Benz Retailers.

With Mercedes me Charge, customers no longer need individual subscriptions to charging networks, and can now access many charge points via the vehicle’s head unit or the Mercedes me app. The maximum charging power capacity of each charging station can be found on the MB. CHARGE Public website and the Mercedes-Benz app. Charging stations, which are provided for free by a charging infrastructure operator, are basically also made available to MB.
