How do I pay for Audi connect?
You can view and renew your Connect licence by logging in to your myAudi account or via your myAudi app. Depending on the model and age of your Audi, you may be able to purchase multiple licences giving you access to multiple features. Licences are available for one month or for one year. If your licence has expired, you can purchase an extension for a month or a year through your myAudi app or by logging in.
Can you use Audi connect without a subscription?
To access the benefits of Audi Connect, you will need to have an active Connect licence (Audi Themes do not require a licence). Your car may have been delivered with either a 3 month or 36 month Connect licence, depending on model. The Audi Digital Key allows the key user to lock, unlock, and start the vehicle using their smartphone—no key fob required. This feature comes standard on all 2025 Audi A5 models and does not require an Audi connect subscription.
