How much older is Erwin than Levi?
Isayama has never given either Erwin or Levi an exact age, however he has said that Levi is in his early thirties and Erwin is a few years older. Most readers take this to imply that Levi is somewhere between 30-33 when the main arc of the manga starts in the year 850, and Erwin is 35 – 38ish. If Erwin was 12 at the time, he’d have been 31 when he met Levi and 37 in 850 when the wall falls and the story begins. This would also mean he was 37 or 38 when he died. This fits with that Isayama has said, that Levi was in his thirties as the start of the manga, and Erwin was slightly older than Levi.
