Their rooms have more than enough space for you to lounge, work, relax and more. The property is non-smoking, which I love as I am a non-smoker. You can walk between the 3 towers and MGM.

What is the difference between MGM Grand Park and Signature?
MGM Grand is what you would think of as the MGM hotel in Las Vegas. Park MGM is a non-smoking casino directly across the street. MGM signature is a condo hotel facility connected by a 500 yard hallway to MGM casino. Nevada residents will continue to be eligible for complimentary parking through their first three hours. Free parking is also available for hotel guests, certain MGM Rewards members, and active military, veterans and spouses. Valet parking remains unchanged.Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are a way to avoid parking fees or deal with parking tickets. However, if you come to Las Vegas by car and must keep the vehicle in a garage while staying in a Las Vegas hotel, try to make a reservation at the hotel that includes free parking as part of the Resort Fee.Guests must insert their MGM Rewards Mastercard at the exit gate to receive the free parking benefit.
