Is Mercedes Me Connect service free?
The Mercedes Me® app is free to all Mercedes-Benz customers! However, if you choose to upgrade your app package, you’ll pay a subscription fee. For example, the Mercedes Me® Connect appcosts about $80, excluding tax. Mercedes Me is free for everyone, regardless of your vehicle or Mercedes Me® account status. However, customers with Mercedes Me® Connect or Mercedes Me® Concierge will have access to additional features.
Is Mercedes Assist free?
Comprehensive Roadside Assistance comes free-of-charge for 3 years with any new Mercedes-Benz or 1 year with all Approved Used cars. To maintain Roadside Assistance cover after the first 3 years, simply service your car at an official Mercedes-Benz Retailer. What do I need to do? Firstly, make sure you and your passengers are in a safe location away from traffic. This might involve pulling over to the side of the road, a car park, or a designated breakdown area. Once you’re safe, simply call the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Centre at 00800 1777 7777.If you’re involved in an accident or have a mechanical issue, Roadside Assistance will arrange for towing to the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealer at no charge, and if your vehicle has sustained damage, a Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Center can get right to work.
