Is prepaid maintenance cancellable?
You can cancel your prepaid maintenance plan within the first 30 days after the complimentary maintenance period expires for a full refund if no benefits have been paid. If benefits have been paid, or if you are cancelling after the first 30 days please ask your dealer or refer to your agreement upon purchase. Can you get a refund onto a prepaid card?
If you paid using a prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift card, your refund will be processed back to the same card. Please hold onto the card, even if the balance is low or fully used, as the refund can only go back onto it. Once the merchant issues your refund, your prepaid card balance will update within seven to ten business days. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and US federal banking holidays.
