Is Mercedes Me Connect free?
Mercedes Me connect allows our drivers to utilize many of their free Mercedes Me® Connect features, including Remote Start, Lock/Unlock, Send2Benz, and Vehicle Monitoring – all from the Mercedes me app. The Mercedes-Benz app lets you pair your vehicle and activate services like Remote Engine Start, Remote Door Lock & Unlock, Locate Vehicle and more, all on-the-go. Simply scan the QR code in the vehicle’s multimedia system or enter your Vehicle Identification Number in the app to pair your vehicle.
Why can’t I connect to Mercedes me?
The following tips will help you use the app and your Mercedes-Benz’s connection more effortlessly: App won’t connect: Check your car’s cell signal, and if issues persist, try turning off and on both the software and your vehicle. Services not working: Is your car able to use them? If you run into difficulties, try turning off and on both the software and your vehicle. Don’t forget to agree to the terms and conditions using your car’s infotainment system. If you’re still having trouble, look for updates for the Mercedes me software and your vehicle’s systems.
