You can reset your PIN (Personal Identification Number) by pressing the i-Button in the vehicle or by calling the Mercedes Me® Response Center toll-free at 866-990-9007. You will be required to provide some account information in order to verify your identity. Go to the Mercedes-Benz Login page, accessible via Mercedes-Benz. Click on Forgot password and follow the instructions to reset your password.
