There is a Lock Account functionality that needs to be disabled to gain access to ESS. The user account is locked after three failed attempts. Please contact your Employer Administrator to disable the Lock Account functionality or Employer Services at 212-388- 3354, employerrelations@32bjfunds. We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.An employee will not be able to login to their ESS Hub if they did not confirm the verification email that is sent as the last step of registering their account. Within the confirmation email, employees must click the blue button that says Confirm in order to finalize the registration of their account.Forgot Password Enter your ESS username and click ‘Reset Password’. A message is displayed stating an email will be sent to the existing User’s email with instructions on how to change (reset) the temporary password to a permanent password.
