The call takes place via the SIM card installed in your BMW and is free of charge for you. The Concierge Service can be booked in the BMW ConnectedDrive Store for BMW vehicles with production date before 07/2022. Shuttle service is available complimentary with your BMW service. Our shuttles run Monday-Friday 8:30am-1:30pm. We also offer ride-share options, such as Uber, Lyft, or Alto, complimentary within a 10-mile radius.
