Is Mercedes software update free?
For vehicles with a Mercedes Me subscription service, the software update will be performed OTA. This services will be provided free of charge. We are dedicated to always delivering the best customer experience, and respect for your time is a top priority. Of course, our service partners conduct these measures free of charge for our customers, with the process expected to take about an hour. For the majority of vehicles on the roads, software updates have already been installed.
